​■About Your Order

Please carefully read and fully understand the above process for semi-custom kimono clothing before placing your order.

We cannot accommodate requests for specific thread colors or pattern placements.

Cancellations or changes to the order details cannot be accepted after the order is completed.

Pattern changes cannot be made after the order is completed.

■Shipping Information

If the total amount of your order exceeds 32,000 yen for the same delivery address, shipping will be free.

Shipping costs vary by region for each delivery address (in accordance with transportation regulations).

For certain regions (outside of Honshu and Shikoku), the total amount required for free shipping is 34,000 yen or more. Please be aware of this in advance.

■Regarding Cancellations and Returns

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer circumstances (e.g., the product not matching your expectations, incorrect orders). Please understand this in advance.

Additionally, please note that there may be differences in color and texture between the actual product and what is displayed on screen. Due to the nature of the products, there may also be variations in shape and color.
 

Please be aware that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

☑ Items ordered incorrectly due to customer circumstances
☑ Items that have already been used
☑ Items with tags removed
☑ Items that have been washed
☑ Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

For returns, please send an email on the day the item is received and return the item by courier the following day. The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer for both the outgoing and return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund either on the same day or the following day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; refunds will be processed on business days).

If the product is defective

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will replace it. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
